Intro to Reformer Flow - 30 min

Free for first-timers

New to reformer

Your first time on the carriage, without the guesswork. This one-on-one-paced intro walks you through reformer basics: how to set your springs, find your footing, and move with control instead of momentum. You'll learn the vocabulary of the machine — carriage, straps, footbar — so your very first full class feels familiar instead of overwhelming. We recommend this session for anyone who's never tried reformer pilates before it's the calmest, most confident way to start.

Beginner Reformer Flow - 50 min

First few months

Built for your first months on the reformer. We slow the pace, break down each exercise, and repeat the fundamentals — alignment, breath, core connection — until they start to feel automatic. You'll build the strength and body awareness that every future class rests on, in a room where questions are welcome and nobody's rushing you to keep up. We recommend staying in Beginner Flow until the setup and transitions feel natural in your body, not just your head.

Signature Reformer Flow - 50 min

All levels

Our house blend — the class most of our members build their week around. One sequence, layered for every body: your instructor offers a variation for nearly every exercise, so a first-timer and a five-year regular can take the same class and both leave challenged. Expect full-body work that moves between strength, control, and flow, with just enough variety that no two weeks feel the same.

Sculpt and Tone Reformer Flow - 50 min

All levels with reformer experience

Our most athletic reformer class. We add hand weights to classic reformer sequencing for extra time under tension — more burn in the arms, glutes, and core, with the same low-impact control you get everywhere else on the reformer. Expect longer holds, small pulses, and a pace that doesn't let up. Come with a little reformer mileage already on your body; this one moves fast.
